Prajna Real Estate Services, Inc. was established by Sandra E. Clark after working in the real estate management industry for the past 40 years. Sandra holds professional designations from two nationally recognized property management organizations. These include a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA), certified by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is also a California licensed real estate broker.
Prior to forming Prajna, Sandra was the founding owner of Angel City West, Inc., a well established and respected property management and brokerage company located on the west side of Los Angeles. After a very successful 25 year run, the company’s assets were acquired by Crescent Canyon Corp. in February of 2016.
The sale of Angel City West provided a solid transitioning platform for Sandra to move away from the intense day to day management responsibilities of handling a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This change allows Sandra to focus on a broader scope, utilizing her extensive years of experience to provide consulting, brokerage and expert witness work. Her mission is to help investors, both large and small, to navigate the ever increasing complications and legal challenges of the property management industry. Sandra is also provides highly personalized real estate brokerage services to a select group of qualified clients and construction management of rental property remodels.
